I don’t know if all realtors are this patient, but our home search took us through a lot of homes and we just weren’t finding the right one. Getting into contract and closing on this house was at the speed of lightening and Courtney was amazing. Answered all of our questions, kept us up to date on everything that was going on and was a calming force for us when needed.

As first time home buyers, Court was invaluable throughout the whole process. He took the time to walk us through what to expect and answer all our questions. He had open availability for touring homes and made the trek around multiple neighborhoods throughout the city. He is very knowledgeable about most anything in a home and would point out things to pay attention to and keep an eye out for. Even after closing, Court has been available to answer questions and provide us with referrals for home improvement projects.
